LOW LIGHT/NIGHT SHOOTING COURSE

 

This course is designed to teach the student how to utilize a flashlight in low light or total dark conditions. The student will also be taught, "night sights vs flashlights", how to reload and clear malfunctions in total darkness, "painting", silhouetting, and basic anatomy of the human eye. Also a “TOP GUN” plaque will be awarded to the top shooter in this course.

PREREQUISITES: TACTICAL  I  PISTOL  COURSE

  EQUIPMENT  NEEDED:

1.    Handgun

2.    A quality holster that fits the make & model of your pistol. (mandatory) No

       shoulder holsters, cross draw holsters or small of back holsters allowed

       on range. Only strong side belt holsters will be allowed on the range.

3.    A magazine pouch.

4.    A good strong belt.

5.    Three magazines.

6.    Ear muffs (not just ear plugs)

7.    Eye Protection - safety glasses or prescription glasses

8.    300 rds. of ammo.

9.    Flashlight (surefire or stinger) extra batteries

10.  Snack / water

11.  A good attitude
